IT’S EASY TO EXCHANGE AND RETURN WITH OUR 14 DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
As a customer you retain the right to a 14 day cooling-off period, whereby you can exchange or return our items free of charge and with no questions asked, provided that the item(s) have not been used and returned undamaged. This cooling-off period starts from the time your purchase has been completed. Please fill out the accompanying Return Document, together with the item(s) you wish to return and send them to the following address:

A return costs € 5,00 and will be charged on your refund.
You will be refunded the full amount within 30 days after we have received your return and can confirm that the item(s) are not damaged.
If the item is ordered via our invoice option, we would recommend that you make the return before the payment due date. Failing this, you will be required to pay the invoice on time and we will refund you once we have received the returned item(s). Please note that if you are returning items under our Exchange and Return Policy, you are responsible for the safe return of the item(s) and any related shipment costs.
We will not accept returns sent to us as Cash On delivery (postförskott) or Collect On Delivery

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong or a faulty product, we urge you to get in contact with us as soon as possible via e-mail atinfo@cavaxodesign.com. Any exchanges will naturally be delivered to you free of charge. We will not accept returns sent to us as Cash On delivery (postförskott) or Collect On Delivery. Please always make sure to return the item(s) as a letter in the post to the following address:

FREE DELIVERY WITHIN SWEDEN & EUROPE
As our customeryou always receive free delivery, regardless of the size of your order.
Delivery time is estimated to 1-3 working days within Sweden.
For delivery outsite Sweden, estimated delivery time is 5-8 working days.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to ship your order on time, for instance when a mistake has occurred on our part, we will contact you and you have the option of cancelling your order.
DELIVERY POINT
If the postal service is unable to fit the package/parcel through your letter box, your order will be delivered to your nearest delivery point. As soon as the shipment has reached this delivery point you will
receive a text message with a delivery docket, which you are required to display, together with proof of ID, when you collect your package/parcel.
TRANSPORT DAMAGES
Should your package/parcel and/or content be damaged on receipt, please report this to the delivery company immediately. astrid&agnes / a&a man are not liable for compensation for delayed deliveries caused by the delivery company.

PRICES
All prices are in SEK incl. 25% VAT. Customers ordering from countries outside Sweden may be liable to pay customs duties at final destination. Customs duties are not included in the retail price and will not be itemised at Check-out before the confirmation of your purchase. The customer is solely responsible for payment of any customs duties in the country the delivery is being made to.
PAYMENT
Customers located in Sweden (or have access to the swedish payment methods) can choose between the following payment methods on our web shop.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
Payments can be made using either VISA or MasterCard via Klarna AB, our certified and card company approved payment partner.
The products are shipped immediately after payment with no extra cost to our customers. The total amount is reserved in your account and will be deducted within 24 hours from completion of purchase. When paying by credit card, your card details are never received, handled or stored by us.
INTERNETBANKING– DIRECTLY VIA YOUR BANK
Payments can also be made directly via your own internet bank - Swedbank, Nordea, SEB or Handelsbanken.
INVOICE– PAY WITHIN 30 DAYS
Choosing the Klarna Invoice option, is a safe and easy way to shop. You never have to disclose your card or bank details and you always pay after you have received your purchase.

Installment payment option available
In order to be eligible for payment by invoice, you have to be over 18 years old, be a Swedish citizen (hold a Swedish “personnummer”/social security number) and have a clear credit history. The delivery and invoice address you use have to be the same as your registered (folkbokförd) home address. Failure to pay within the stated 14 day term will incur a reminder fee of 60,00 SEK and delay interest of 25.50% on your purchase total.
A credit check will be made at the time of your purchase, which in some cases might result in a credit report being issued.
In such cases, you will receive a copy of the same report by post.
Personal data is handled in accordance with current applicable legislation.

PAYING IN INSTALLMENTS
By creating a Klarna account you can pay in instalments of as little as 60 SEK/month
Divide your payments in a way that suits you. This is the payment option for those of you who wish to choose how much you pay each month.
Besides the advantage of paying after you have received your purchased goods, creating a Klarna account enables you to gather all your purchases, from all boutiques using Klarna, in one account and get one invoice, irrespective of the quantity of purchase you have made.

Example: A purchase of 10000 SEK with Klarna Account the basic terms arrangement fee is 0 SEK.
The current annual interest rate is 19.90%, which corresponds to an effective interest rate of 29.22%. The credit purchase price is 11458 SEK. The number of installments is 12 and each instalment is 955 SEK.
This example assumes that installment payments take place within one year.

You can use PayPal as payment method in- and outside of Sweden. When paying with PayPal, Cavaxo Design AB are authorised to control the account for such as validtiy, that the balance on the account covers the purchase amount and verify the buyer's billing address.
Vid betalning via PayPal förbehåller sig Cavaxo Design AB rätten att kontrollera PayPal-kontots giltighet, att saldot på kontot täcker köpesumman och verifiera köparens fakturaadress. The current amount is reserved directly in your PayPal account but is not charged until the goods are shipped from the warehouse. Cavaxo Design AB reserves the right to refuse all purchases.
